The article presents the comparative analysis of calculation results and measurement results of the cooling module built based on the design calculations. Computations were made using software dedicated to calculation of heat exchangers. The measurements, however, were made using the cooling system mounted in the special vehicle with a combustion engine, which was loaded with engine dynamometer. Based on the comparison, the correction coefficients were suggested to be used in calculations, resulting from the mounting structure and the influence of other vehicle components on the work conditions of the cooling system.
